[6480] Delivery of LOGFAS Training at Multiple Locations

Clearance Required: NATO Secret
Location: Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal

Requirements
• NATO SECRET security clearance, issued by the national security organisation, valid at the time of bid submission and covering the contract period.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to read and write technical and user documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of LOGFAS Version 10 or 11.
• LOGFAS Trainer course qualification for LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator, with in-depth experience delivering LOGFAS courses.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of NATO doctrine and standards relevant to Logistics.
• Knowledge and experience of the NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure.
• Experience developing technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids.
• Experience working in an international environment with military and civilian personnel.

Desirable
• Experience delivering LOGFAS Operational Movement Planning training (0222 course).
• Experience delivering LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination training (0223 course).
• Experience delivering LOGFAS Strategic Deployment Movement Planning training (0224 course).
• Experience delivering LOGFAS Sustainment Planning and Distribution training (0253 course).
• Knowledge and experience working with the NCI Agency.
• Knowledge and experience working with the NCI Academy.
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services (iGeoSIT, CoreGIS, LOGFAS, JCHAT, etc.).

Language Proficiency
• Level 3 English language proficiency according to NATO STANAG 6001:
• Listening: Level 3
• Speaking: Level 2
• Reading: Level 3
• Writing: Level 2
• Alternatively, B2–C1 (Upper Intermediate–Advanced) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
